Effective date: 31 August 2026. These terms explain how Captain’s Shine provides mobile car detailing services in Cape Town.

1. Services and bookings

Captain’s Shine provides mobile vehicle detailing at an agreed location in Cape Town and surrounding areas. A booking request is confirmed only once we have contacted you with an appointment time and service details. Please provide accurate contact, vehicle, and location information when booking.

2. Vehicle access and preparation

You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the vehicle and a suitable space for the service. Please remove personal valuables before we begin. We may decline or pause work where conditions are unsafe, access is unavailable, or the vehicle requires specialist treatment outside the agreed service.

3. Payment and service results

Service prices and payment arrangements will be confirmed before work begins. Detailing improves the appearance and cleanliness of a vehicle, but outcomes can vary according to its age, condition, paintwork, materials, and previous damage. We will always advise you if a requested result is not reasonably achievable.

4. Changes and questions

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page. If you have questions about a booking or these terms, please contact Captain’s Shine before your appointment.
